- Lead day-to-day business operations for the Offerwall and ensure continuity across key workflows and initiatives
- Manage and drive cross-functional projects with teams including Product, Engineering, CS, Sales, and Finance
- Monitor business and operational performance, identify trends or issues, and provide actionable recommendations
- Improve existing processes and implement scalable operational solutions to support team efficiency and business growth
- Support planning, prioritization, reporting, and stakeholder communication across key business initiatives
- Strong project management skills, including managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights and recommendations
- Experience driving operational processes and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and execute with a high level of ownership
- Experience in adtech, monetization, digital advertising, gaming, or performance marketing environments (preferred)
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, BI/reporting tools, and spreadsheet-based operational analysis (preferred)
- Experience with global teams and distributed stakeholders (preferred)
