- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, digital marketing, or mobile gaming
- Experience working directly with advertisers, agencies, publishers, or clients
- Track record of building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders simultaneously
- Understanding of the advertising landscape across traditional and digital media
- Ability to sell and propose creative technology solutions across a range of decision-makers
