Join Unity as a Senior Financial Analyst within the FP&A team, supporting a global game engine. You will play a pivotal role in evolving the business model to an AI token-based, advertising-supported model, partnering cross-functionally for financial planning, strategic analysis, and operational improvement. This role involves informing and influencing decisions impacting the P&L in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field from a top academic institution
- At least two (2) years of work experience, preferably in Strategy Consulting or Investment banking
- Keen interest in technology and software including Generative AI, gaming and interactive 3D, and advertising technology
- Orientation towards eliminating spreadsheets and slideware through the use of AI tools, including Claude in Excel, Office Connect; Demonstrated willingness to adopt AI-powered tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and analytical depth. Experience using AI assistants, copilots, or automation tools in a professional context is a plus.
- Expert-level ability to parse large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within a global technology stack. Strong financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and planning skills with an ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- Exceptional communication skills with the "executive presence" required to influence senior leaders and stakeholders across diverse functional areas.
- Ability to distill complex analyses into insights that drive action
