Unity is seeking a Senior Manager, UX to lead a global team within their Go-To-Market and Marketplace organization. This high-impact role involves overseeing the end-to-end user journey from marketing to commerce and learning ecosystems. The leader will shape how millions of creators discover, learn about, and purchase Unity's products, ensuring a seamless and strategic experience across the organization.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in UX leadership, with a track record of managing and growing design teams on a global scale.
- Ability to develop a strategic viewpoint of a connected experience, looking beyond individual products to the entire ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of complex systems and integrations required to deliver a unified user experience.
- Excellent collaborator with strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills; able to lead design conversations and conduct reviews with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in designing for commerce stacks, marketplaces, or licensing systems is highly valued.
- A natural curiosity for technology and a passion for empowering creativity through innovative tools.
- Previous product design experience in AR/VR or 3D environments.
- Familiarity with Unity or other game engines.
