- Proven success of managing in-app programmatic DSP accounts and scaling revenue.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic mobile and video advertising ecosystem.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and managing external relationships.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ad-serving platforms, DSPs, SSPs, or exchanges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to revenue growth while supporting broader team objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience leading client relationships and strategy management in digital media.
- Experience working directly with Performance DSPs and RTB platforms.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools, including effective prompt writing, agentic workflow design, research, analysis, and business communication.
