As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Unity, you will join the Platforms product team, focusing on console platforms and media framework. You will define product features and roadmaps, leveraging deep technical understanding to drive innovation. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, analyzing customer usage, and ensuring Unity's solutions remain market-leading.
Requirements
- A proven technical product manager with a background in game development and a track record of feature development and delivery.
- A solid technical background in console game development, with deep insight into the console publishing process.
- Strong product leadership, with demonstrated user empathy and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong technical communication skills. You can translate customer feedback and requests into the underlying needs and deeper goals behind them, and explain sophisticated concepts clearly to non-technical partners.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis tools.
- Experience with media or content pipelines, including audio/video codecs, container formats, transcoding, or runtime playback.
- Experience shipping Unity games to console platforms.
- Hands-on experience integrating platform features or submitting titles to platform certification.
