This role involves coordinating the delivery of strategic programs for Unity's real-time 3D initiatives, collaborating with engineering, product, design, and QA teams. The Senior Technical Program Manager will also build external partnerships, implement change management strategies, and act as a force multiplier for teams, fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Software project/program management experience, working closely with engineering and non-technical teams to facilitate the successful delivery of features and products.
- A track record of delivering against contractual obligations and managing external relationships.
- Demonstrated success working with globally dispersed teams across time zones.
- Experience managing process and organizational change, working to evolve the current state of embedded habits rather than fighting against them.
- A focus on establishing relationships, maintaining a positive culture, and optimizing communications tailored to a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
- Experience with building projects using the Unity engine
- Experience in automotive or Embedded systems
