This Senior Workday AI and Reporting Analyst will transform HR operations through AI, automation, and scalable technology solutions. The role involves defining and executing the AI enablement strategy for Workday HCM, partnering with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI and automation use cases. You will also optimize HR business processes and build scalable reporting and analytics solutions to support strategic HR decision-making.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, with deep expertise in hands-on Workday configuration and solution architecture - Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processes - Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or enabling AI initiatives within Workday or enterprise HR systems - Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools including Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics - Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across HR and technical teams - Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement - Experience with enterprise automation tools and AI-enabled workflow solutions - Knowledge of Workday Extend, integrations or orchestration capabilities - Experience supporting digital transformation or HR modernization initiatives - Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies for new technologies
