- 5+ years of experience in HR Technology, with deep expertise in hands-on Workday configuration and solution architecture
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM functionality and HR business processes
- Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or enabling AI initiatives within Workday or enterprise HR systems
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics tools including Custom Reports, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across HR and technical teams
- Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Experience with enterprise automation tools and AI-enabled workflow solutions
- Knowledge of Workday Extend, integrations or orchestration capabilities
- Experience supporting digital transformation or HR modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with change management and adoption strategies for new technologies
