- Experience in traffic acquisition in Performance Marketing for at least 3 years (experience in gamedev is mandatory).
- Deep knowledge and experience in one of the SRN (Meta, Google ads, etc.) and/or DSP (Applovin, Moloco, Liftoff, etc.).
- Experience managing budgets of at least $200,000.
- Experience working with large data sets and making decisions based on them.
- Skills in analytical systems (BI, Tableau).
- Skills in Google Sheets, Excel (pivot tables level).
- English at Intermediate level or higher (experience in negotiations).
- Experience in task setting for the creative team and providing feedback.
