As a QA Director at VOKI Games, you will lead a distributed QA team across multiple projects, ensuring the highest quality for mobile games. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control processes, managing testing activities, and collaborating with development and support teams. You will also be responsible for creating test documentation and defining QA performance metrics.
Requirements
- Managed a distributed QA team with multiple projects
- Good knowledge of manual and automated testing processes in GameDev
- Over 4 years of experience as a QA engineer
- Understands software quality control methodology
- Experience with iOS and Android operating systems
- Experience in developing test documentation
- Familiar with Charles, GitLab, TeamCity, Asana, TestRail
- Strategic thinking and planning, ability to work under tight deadlines
- Technical education (plus)
- Basic Python knowledge (plus)
- Knowledge and ability to apply project management principles (Waterfall/Agile) (plus)
- Understanding of client-server architecture (plus)
