Join Wargaming as a Content Operations Manager for World of Tanks, overseeing the publishing pipeline for the Chinese market, coordinating localization, and ensuring content meets cultural and regulatory standards.
We are looking for a Content Operations Manager to support publishing operations for World of Tanks in the Chinese market.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day publishing pipeline — preparing and releasing articles on the game portal, coordinating localisation tasks, and reviewing Chinese-language content before it goes live. You will make hands-on adjustments to existing page code when formatting or layout needs fixing and produce in-game notifications and player-facing texts for regional activities. Throughout, you will keep internal teams and our local publishing partners aligned and ensure region-specific content and events meet cultural and regulatory requirements.
Our ideal candidate is highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset. You should be comfortable juggling several parallel workstreams and switching context without losing track of details.

- Drive the preparation and publication of articles on the game portal - Adjust and troubleshoot existing page code (HTML/CSS/JS) to fix formatting issues and implement layout changes - Execute the creation of in-game promotional notifications - Draft simple player-facing texts related to game activities - Review and validate Chinese-language articles prior to publication - Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different time zones - Mandarin Chinese proficiency (HSK 5 or above) - Fluent English; Russian a plus - Strong attention to detail - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
