Join Wargaming as a UI/UX Designer to shape the web interfaces and interaction systems for World of Warships, using a data-driven approach to enhance user experience from concept to implementation.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will shape the web interfaces and interaction systems supporting the World of Warships product. You’ll work closely with developers, QA, analysts, PMs, and other designers to take concepts from initial sketches through implementation, while maintaining a consistent and high-quality visual style. You’ll use a data-driven, product-oriented approach to continuously improve features based on user feedback and contribute to clear UI guidelines and design documentation.

3+ years of working experience; deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design; data-driven and product-oriented mindset; experience with analytics, user research, and feedback to drive design decisions; ability to design scalable UI systems and establish reusable patterns; excellent knowledge of Figma; experience with Jira/Confluence; advanced English and Russian language skills.
