We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support the finance team in Hasbro Mexico. This role is highly focused on data management, reporting, and financial analysis, providing critical support to the Finance Manager and contributing to accurate and timely business insights.

Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and planning templates. Maintain and manage financial datasets for reporting. Prepare and maintain recurring reports and dashboards. Extract, clean, and validate data from ERP systems. Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards. Track sales, trade spend, and margin performance. Support month-end close activities and ensure data consistency. Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis and build data models. Identify automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency. Fluent in Spanish and English. 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or data analysis roles. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or data analysis tools is a plus. Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems. Solid understanding of financial concepts (P&L, revenue, costs, margins). Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Strong organizational and execution skills. Proactive, curious, and continuous improvement mindset.
