**Position Overview
**Hasbro’s Global Development Organization is seeking a Digital Asset Administrator to join its Digital Asset Management (DAM) team and work onsite at our Shenzhen office. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Digital Assets, this role is pivotal in supporting DAM processes and workflows. Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, including written and verbal communication, is required to support collaboration with Shenzhen-based partners and U.S.-based teams.
The administrator ensures the secure, timely delivery of approved digital assets through content management systems, while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and customer service. This position requires a strong foundation in creative design tools and production workflows, including experience with software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
The position requires collaboration with multiple departments, including Project Management, Design, Engineering, Legal, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of graphic assets to OpenText Media Manager (OTMM). Success in this position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, knowledge of digital workflows, proficiency with graphic software and Excel, and a customer-service-oriented approach.

Degree in Graphic Design, Project Management, Communications, DAM, Information & Library Science, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in graphic production, packaging artwork, or DAM/CMS systems. Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal). Strong understanding of graphic design, packaging artwork, print production, and prepress processes. Demonstrated experience with DAM and CMS software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation. Comprehensive understanding of content stewardship principles, metadata standards, and data architecture. Ability to manage confidential assets with discretion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
