The HR Generalist holds a vital function supporting the HR Enablement efforts in APAC. The role centers on delivering HR initiatives and ensuring the efficient handling of daily HR tasks for specific business units. It also plays a part in crafting a consistent employee experience aligned with the company’s culture and core values. Serving the region, the HR Generalist is a key contact for employees and Managers to facilitate the implementation of HR guidelines and processes. Additionally, the role offers coaching and support to Managers.

- Proven experience in Human Resources, accompanied by a solid HR operational foundation. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in the effective rollout of HR initiatives and programs that directly influence business outcomes. - Knowledge in other APAC markets are highly beneficial. - Proficiency in others Asian language is a plus. - Knowledge of HR operations, systems, and industry guidelines. - Experience in a global or multi-regional organization is beneficial, with a keen understanding of cultural nuances within different markets. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in engaging effectively across all levels of the organization. - Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
