Invoke is looking for a senior Development tester to work closely with developers and test their work in the editor or in preflight builds before it reaches the rest of the team. Dev testers work close to the code and content, so your bugs point to root causes rather than symptoms.
You'll be embedded with one or more cells or crafts and grow into a specialist on their features. You'll help catch risky changes early, validate fixes quickly, and keep the main branch stable for everyone. You will also help create Test Cases on your assigned features to deploy to the Functionality QA team.

5+ years of QA experience in video games with 2 years in development QA; hands-on experience testing inside a game engine editor (Unreal preferred); strong bug-writing skills with ability to isolate root causes; working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and version control (Perforce/Git); experience testing on current-gen consoles and PC; ability to coordinate and communicate with developers across disciplines; self-directed approach to testing; passion for games; proficiency in English and functional French.
