The Demand Planning Senior Manager drives forecast accuracy and inventory health across the assigned product portfolio. This role owns the consensus demand signal, leads monthly Demand Review pre-alignment forums, and partners closely with Commercial, Brand, Supply Planning, and Finance teams to ensure the demand plan reflects brand strategy and market realities. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.

Bachelor's Degree; 5+ years of demand planning experience with senior commercial leader influence; Deep expertise in IBP/S&OP frameworks; Advanced skills in segmentation, statistical modeling, historical cleansing, and forecast accuracy/bias analysis; Experience evaluating new product demand and collaborating on commercial strategy; Proficiency in SAP APO, Logility, and Power BI; Direct, confident communication style; Proactive and adaptable in matrixed organizations; Accountable for metric performance and data-driven recommendations.
