We are seeking a Game Support Representative (Product Replacement) who loves our products and is passionate about customer service! They will represent our brands by interacting directly with our customers as well as processing and shipping products to consumers. This frontline role is located at our headquarters in Renton, Washington.

Please note that this is a temporary assignment through an external staffing agency. If you are selected for this assignment, you will be employed by Workwell as a W2 employee and will not be an employee of Wizards or Hasbro.
Compensation Rate, Currency USD:

2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; sophisticated understanding of customer service principles; ability to craft clear communications; initiative to investigate issues; familiarity with evolving product catalogs; experience with CRM systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office; High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
