3+ years of professional experience in backend development with Go. Proven experience in designing and maintaining microservices architectures. Strong background in SQL and NoSQL databases, with hands-on experience in query optimization. In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and asynchronous communication patterns. Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation. Solid understanding of software design principles, OOP, and clean architecture. Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Proficiency in English for technical communication and documentation. Experience with Go frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or Fiber. Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC. Background in distributed systems, caching layers, or message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Exposure to gaming, fintech, or digital asset platforms.
