5+ years of experience focused on CI/CD automation, release engineering, or developer tooling; 2+ years leading a technical team; Deep administrative expertise with GitLab and GitHub; Expert-level knowledge of GitLab CI and GitHub Actions for pipeline creation and debugging; Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments; Excellent English communication skills for global teams; Ability to manage, mentor, and grow a team of CI/CD engineers; Serve as technical owner for enterprise GitLab and GitHub environments; Provide primary support for development teams on deployment processes; Design and maintain centralized CI/CD pipeline templates; Oversee and optimize GitLab Runners and GitHub Actions infrastructure; Partner with Information Security for PCI-DSS compliance and integrate security scanning tools; Experience migrating large codebases between GitLab and GitHub; Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
