- Proven experience publishing PC and/or mobile games in China, with a record of scaling titles.
- Deep knowledge of how Chinese players find, access, and engage with PC games, mobile games and H5 mini-games.
- A strong network across developers, partners, influencers, and communities in China.
- Experience shaping business models and owning a P&L, with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
- Native or fluent Mandarin, with strong English for cross-border collaboration.
- Experience publishing games outside of China (optional).
- Experience working with teams across different locations, cultures, and time zones (optional).
