- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in mobile gaming or SaaS space.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through outbound and strategic sales.
- Strong understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem, including monetization, user acquisition, and publishing models.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in hiring, managing, and scaling high-performing international sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities, with a hands-on approach to building relationships with key partners.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data to track performance, optimize pipelines, and forecast results.
