- 3+ years of end-to-end, hands-on AAA live service and production ownership across online titles, including multi-product operations, readiness planning, dependency management, and multi-title release coordination.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps), deployment automation, and build stability practices including self-healing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, track, and deliver on complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies and online game infrastructure.
- Clear communication with internal stakeholders, exceptional attention to detail, and adaptability in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
- Ability to spot risks early and drive solutions that protect quality and multi-title delivery.
- Experience with agile development practices.
- (Preferred) Experience in multiple game disciplines (design, engineering, art, or QA).
- (Preferred) Experience with first-party platform tools and services (Sony DevNet, Microsoft Partner Center, Steamworks).
- (Preferred) Strong familiarity with BGS games.
