- Experience leading a QA team, typically 3–5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of performance management, including delivering feedback, coaching, and handling difficult conversations.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workloads across multiple individuals or projects, delegating wisely to avoid burnout.
- Demonstrated success in driving team outcomes, meeting deadlines, and supporting operational goals.
- Familiarity with conflict resolution methods and navigating interpersonal challenges.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, using metrics or qualitative insights to guide actions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with other departments or leaders to align objectives.
- Proven background in Test processes and procedures and an understanding of the game development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills in reviewing all design-related information and interpreting areas of risk in testing.
- Highly adaptable to changing priorities, resources, schedules, and scope.
- Able to maintain open, clear, direct, and consistent channels of communication with team members and leadership

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Copilot, and various tools for scheduling and tracking deliverables.
- BS in Computer Science or previous experience in Test Automation is desired.
