The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $190,000 and $235,000 USD per Year. The pay range for this position in Illinois at the start of employment is expected to be between $170,000 and $220,000 USD per Year.

About this job

Zynga is seeking an expert Executive Producer to lead multidisciplinary teams in mobile game development, from concept to live operations. This role requires a decisive leader with strong operational skills to guide teams, cultivate a positive culture, and shape games from their earliest stages through launch and live services.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience leading and guiding multidisciplinary teams through all stages of development with at least 2 games shipped as Executive Producer, Development Director or Game Director. Mobile experience preferred - Proven ability leading multi-disciplinary teams to create and grow great games - Strong understanding of successful game titles, foundational mechanics and live-service models - Extensive knowledge of and fluency in the game development process. Understands the ins and outs of game development from concept through live operations - Able to motivate, support and guide others to attain successful outcomes and business objectives - Experience with various project management tools (Jira is a plus) - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong analytical skills, along with a keen attention to detail - Problem solver - Flexibility and adaptability are key - This position reports directly to the Divisional EP for the org
