Position Overview

As the Two Dots General Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving the team setup, product strategy, overall execution and business outcomes. You’ll be asked to balance player experience with commercial success and report on engagement, monetization, marketing and the overall game’s P&L performance.

With a balance of big-picture thinking and practical execution, you will empower your team to innovate, take risks, learn, and iterate. Ownership, motivation, and strong leadership are essential—your mindset will inspire others to overcome challenges, think differently, and deliver meaningful results.

What will you do at Socialpoint?

  • Business Ownership: Own the full P&L with a clear perspective on where to invest for growth vs. optimize. Make explicit trade-offs across UA, LiveOps, and feature development, ensuring every major initiative ties to incremental revenue, margin, or LTV expansion.
  • Product Vision: Define a 12-month product vision that balances core game health (retention, content scalability) with step-change opportunities. Drive a roadmap that avoids incrementalism and instead prioritizes a few high-impact bets.
  • Marketing Integration: Align product and marketing into a single growth system. Ensure UA, ASO, creatives, and in-game events work together to improve conversion, retention, and payback. Push for faster creative iteration cycles and tighter feedback loops between marketing performance and in-game behavior.
  • High-Performance Team Setup: Build and develop a crossfuntional A-team (Product, Design, Engineering, Economy, Marketing) that can operate autonomously but stay aligned. Set a high bar for talent density, accountability, and decision-making quality—address underperformance quickly and decisively.
  • Execution Excellence: Establish a cadence that connects strategy to delivery: clear goals, tight sprint execution, fast experimentation cycles, and rigorous post-mortems. Reduce organizational drag and ensure the team consistently ships meaningful improvements, not just activity.
  • Scalable Processes: Design lightweight but effective processes for prioritization, experimentation, and performance tracking. Standardize how decisions are made (data + judgment), how results are measured, and how learnings are shared—so the team compounds knowledge over time instead of relearning.

  • Data-Driven Decision Maker with Strong Intuition. Combines deep analytical rigor with product intuition to make fast, high-quality decisions under uncertainty. Obsessed with understanding why not just the what.
  • Operator Who Delivers at Speed and Quality. Strong execution mindset with a history of shipping meaningful improvements consistently. 
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset (Product x Marketing Integration). Proven ability to align product, UA, and LiveOps into a cohesive growth system with measurable ROI.
  • Talent Builder and Performance Manager. Builds high-performing, autonomous teams. Sets a high bar for talent, actively develops top performers, and addresses underperformance quickly and effectively.
  • Clear and Direct Communicator. Communicates strategy, priorities, and performance with clarity and conviction. Aligns diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
