Privacy policy.

Here is exactly what runs in your browser, and when — this list is kept in sync with what actually loads:

• Strictly necessary, always on: your session cookie when you sign in, your cookie-consent choice, and Sentry error reporting (no advertising use).
• Before you decide on the banner (or if you decline or send GPC): PostHog counts visits cookielessly — no cookies or local storage, and requests stay on our own domain.
• Only after you accept: PostHog sets an analytics cookie (shared across our www/app subdomains); Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Analytics load; and Sentry may capture a replay of a session — masked text, no media — only if that session hits an error.
• We never send your search terms to our analytics provider, whether or not you accept: search text is stripped from the URLs we record, and search events carry only how long your query was and how many filters you used. Searches that return no results are recorded as the search text alone, with no link to you or your device, so we can see what the board is missing.
• We use no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers, and session replay never runs before you accept (even after, only errored sessions are captured).

You can change your mind anytime: use the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer (or clear the ManaBoard consent cookie in your browser) and the banner will ask again. Declining never limits your ability to search or apply to jobs.
