// Open Role at ARVORE Immersive Experiences
Lead a high-performing 3D art team at ARVORE, creating world-class immersive VR/AR/MR experiences. Guide projects from brainstorming to technical execution, ensuring top visual quality and performance for groundbreaking interactive games.
Based in the heart of Leamington Spa, Pixel Toys have spent over a decade pushing the capabilities of mobile gaming. We have developed multiple award-winning titles, including: Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade, Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realm War; and we’re now excited to be exclusively working on a new game, unlike ANYTHING we’ve done previously!
As a forward thinking and innovative studio we are always looking for new technologies and techniques to develop and use in our games and make them even more engaging experiences for our customers.
We are excited to continue to grow our team and are always on the lookout for highly talented and motivated individuals, who are passionate about gaming and excited to join us on our ambitious journey!
The Role:
We are now seeking a Release Manager / Technical Producer to act as the primary 'air traffic controller' for our live-service game releases.
Operating at the vital intersection of engineering, QA, and production, you will bridge discipline gaps to visualise, plan, and execute the delivery of content, data, code, and client builds across all server environments. You will maintain a granular understanding of every upcoming feature, ensuring deliverables align strictly with scope locks and design specifications. Working closely with Engineering, you will monitor build health, oversee pre-release validation, and keep deployment branches consistently stable to support our ongoing release cadence.
Your strategic planning skills will shine as you partner with Production to map out updates, patches, hotfixes, and live ops events into a clear, living release calendar. You will shepherd feature workflows smoothly through every stage, guiding them from initial scope lock through QA sign-offs, platform submission, and post-release care. Clear, transparent communication is at the heart of this role, and you will deliver daily updates on release status, build dependencies, and schedule adjustments to keep stakeholders across the wider game team aligned and informed.
On the operational front, you will partner with engineering and analytics teams to monitor live client and server rollouts, utilising post-deployment telemetry to ensure platform stability and optimal performance. When technical blockers or risks emerge, you will proactively identify them before key milestones, contributing thoughtfully to critical go/no-go deployment decisions. Should live issues arise, you will coordinate calm, efficient incident response, hotfixes, or rollback strategies to minimise player impact, ensuring our community enjoys a reliable and seamless gaming experience.
About you:
You bring a strong background in release management, deployment management, or technical project management within live-service mobile games, ideally with focus on the free-to-play (F2P) space. You will also have practical, hands-on experience working with internal build infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, build automation systems, and deployment platforms such as TestFlight. Your solid understanding of technical build workflows allows you to navigate the complexities of live operations and ensure software delivery remains predictable and smooth.
As a proactive, collaborative problem solver, you comfortably engage with complex technical challenges, working directly alongside developers to identify and resolve release-blocking issues effectively. You are an exceptional cross-functional communicator with a proven track record of translating complex technical workflows into cohesive, actionable release plans for producers, engineers, and studio leadership alike. Your structured approach, clear communication, and commitment to team alignment make you a trusted partner in delivering seamless game updates to our players.
