We're looking for an enthusiastic Lead/Senior Data Analyst to join our amazing team at Ruby Game Studio, located in Izmir, Turkiye. You'll be a core part of how we craft joy by using the power of data. Your role is essential: you’ll transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that truly move the needle on game performance, player experiences, and strategic business decisions. This is a special opportunity, helping to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration across the studio. Kindly note this is an on-site position with the possibility to work remotely once a week.

• Extensive professional expertise in data analytics, preferably within free-to-play mobile games or high-scale digital products. • Proven ability to translate complex player and business data into clear, actionable insights. • Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or leading cross-functional projects as an analyst. • Proficiency in SQL for efficient querying and data preparation. • Strong command of Python for data processing, analysis, and visualization. • Solid experience in statistical thinking and designing, analyzing, and communicating A/B test results. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey complex analysis to diverse audiences.
