本ポジションは、PlayStationのオンラインサービスを支えるサーバー開発組織に所属し、テクニカルプログラムマネージャー（TPM）／スクラムマスターとして、チーム運営およびプログラム推進を担います。
チームは多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーで構成されており、日本語・英語の両方を用いながら、役職や年次に関係なく自由に意見を交わせるオープンなカルチャーが根付いています。新しいアイデアや改善提案も歓迎される風通しの良い環境で、グローバルチームと連携しながら世界中のPlayStationユーザーへ価値を届ける開発に携わることができます。

■このポジションについて

PlayStationオンラインサービスを支えるアプリケーションフレームワークの開発・運用チームを主な担当領域として、データベース活用やレガシーシステムの刷新を進める関連チームにおいて、日本拠点のTPM／スクラムマスターとして活躍いただきます。スクラムチームの運営・改善をリードするとともに、複数チームにまたがるプロジェクトの推進や海外開発拠点との連携を通じて、開発基盤の継続的な改善・刷新と、大規模なアジャイル開発の成功に貢献いただくポジションです。

■主な業務内容

• スクラムチームの運営・ファシリテーションおよび継続的改善の推進
• テクニカルプログラムマネジャーとしてプロジェクト計画・進行管理・課題管理
• 複数チームにまたがるプロジェクトの調整・推進
• 日本・海外開発チームとのコミュニケーションおよびコラボレーション推進
• データ基盤、共通サービス、開発基盤に関する開発・運用プロジェクトの支援
• ステークホルダーとの合意形成およびプロジェクト推進

■求められるスキル・経験

○必須要件

• 英語を用いた海外チームとの業務経験
• 小～中規模（5～10チームが関わる規模）のプロジェクトをリードした経験
• スクラムによるソフトウェア開発経験
• チームリードまたはプロジェクトリードの経験
• 関係者と円滑に連携し、プロジェクトを推進できるコミュニケーション能力

○歓迎要件

• スクラムマスターとしてチーム運営・改善を推進した経験
• Scrum Master認定資格など、アジャイル関連資格
• クラウド、データ基盤、共通サービス、開発基盤領域に関する知識・経験
• サーバーアプリケーションやネットワークサービスに関する知識・経験

○語学力

• 海外チームとの業務遂行が可能な英語力
• TOEIC 800点以上相当の英語力をお持ちの方は歓迎します（スコアは必須ではありません）。
