The Enterprise PMO is building a stronger foundation for delivery governance, reporting, executive visibility, and modern ways of working. We are looking for an Analyst who can help keep that operating model running with discipline, clarity, and high-quality communication.
As Analyst, Delivery Excellence & Executive Insights, you will support governance operations, reporting cycles, documentation, adoption activities, and executive-ready materials. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, strong with detail, comfortable with data, and especially skilled at creating clear, polished presentations for senior audiences.
This is not a basic administrative role. It is a development role for someone who wants exposure to enterprise delivery, executive reporting, PMO operations, process improvement, and modern productivity tools.
Behind every effective governance forum, executive review, and strategic decision is a foundation of accurate information, thoughtful communication, and operational discipline.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work at the center of enterprise delivery, helping transform complex information into clear insights for senior stakeholders. Through executive communications, reporting, governance support, and operational enablement, this role gives early-career professionals exposure to enterprise priorities, organizational decision-making, and modern delivery practices.

Pay Range
$77,000 - $143,000 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.

This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals. As part of your employment with Aristocrat, you may be required to complete a criminal background check, submit fingerprints, and obtain licenses or registrations with applicable gaming regulatory authorities.
Aristocrat operates in a highly regulated environment and holds licenses in over 340 gaming jurisdictions worldwide. Support governance forums and executive meetings, maintaining artifacts and operating calendars. Consolidate delivery reporting inputs and support recurring reporting packs. Create executive-ready presentations and visually polished materials for senior stakeholders. Maintain PMO process documentation, SOPs, and templates. Support training logistics, user guidance, adoption tracking, and enablement materials. Bring 2-5 years experience in PMO, business operations, or similar, with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information.
