In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing central initiatives and ensuring the flawless completion of our projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to successfully implement and manage our New Product Introduction (NPI) and Global Supply Chain (GSC) portfolios.

Direct NPI and GSC Program Management, setting priorities and objectives aligned with business strategy. Coordinate execution of NPI and GSC portfolios, fostering cross-business unit collaboration. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans for NPI and GSC. Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring compliance with PMI or equivalent standards. Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure clear communication for managed projects and GSC. Drive innovation, operational excellence, and efficiency to introduce new products within timeframes and budgets. Build and sustain positive relationships with key collaborators, promoting an inclusive environment. Support policy development for NPI and portfolio management, ensuring continuous learning and process improvements. Apply data-driven decision-making for portfolio optimization, metric tracking, and transparent reporting. Inspire change management initiatives for smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. Requires 10+ years of dynamic portfolio/program leadership experience with accountability for complex, business-critical portfolios. Requires 5+ years of people/functional leadership experience with accountability for staffing, performance, and business outcomes. Bachelor’s or advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred in engineering, supply chain, operations, or business strategy, or equivalent work experience. PMP certification required; PMI Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred. Background in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, or gaming industry operations strongly preferred. Skilled in project and portfolio management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview) and data analytics platforms. Expertise in enterprise portfolio management, governance, and business transformation strategies. Demonstrated experience advising and influencing senior/executive leaders on strategic priorities. Strong group facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills are critical. Financial competence with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and prioritization. Experience leading large-scale, sophisticated global initiatives in high-growth or regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop complementary teams, encouraging equity and inclusion.
