Senior Technical Lead - C++ Developer

What You'll Do

• Analyze game requirements in collaboration with technical leads and game designers
• Develop slot games for various cabinets and markets
• Engage in coding, code reviews, unit testing, and memory profiling
• Ensure the highest game quality and timely delivery to market
• Integrate complex arts and game mathematics into the development process
• Maintain compliance with market-specific requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement game features
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure flawless game performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of development processes
• Lead and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7+ years of software development experience
• Excellent programming skills in C++ under the Linux operating system
• Strong understanding of object-oriented build, algorithms, and data structures
• Proven expertise in the full software/project lifecycle, including specifications, requirements analysis, building/architecture, implementation, testing, and maintenance
• Extensive experience in programming in C++ 11/14
• Familiarity with SVN/Perforce/Coverity and other code analysis and review tools
• Experience in build automation using Bamboo and related tools
• Proficiency in JIRA or other defect tracking systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience in Unity game development is preferred
