CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Technical Producer to join our Shared Development Services team and support the development of major AAA titles through reliable, scalable technical services.
The role will focus on production support for our Shared Tech area. You will work closely with our tech directors and leads both in Warsaw and Boston to maintain one global vision for technology that we share between all of our projects.
This role will report to the Lead Producer.
Responsibilities
Own and maintain backlogs for shared technology initiatives.
Turn technical requirements, project needs and recurring problems into clear, actionable backlog items with defined scope, ownership and expected outcomes.
Coordinate priorities with technical leadership, project teams and relevant stakeholders.
Lead planning and delivery of shared technology initiatives across multiple projects and teams.
Track cross-team and cross-project dependencies, risks, blockers and capacity constraints.
Guide issues through to resolution and escalate priority, ownership or delivery conflicts when needed.
Maintain visibility of priorities, status, dependencies, decisions and upcoming work.
Coordinate delivery, rollout and adoption of shared technology changes across projects.
Gather feedback from teams and use recurring needs and issues to inform backlog priorities and future improvements.
3+ years' experience as a Technical Producer, Technical Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role in game development.
Good working knowledge of software development workflows and how engineering teams operate.
Experience working in a multi-project environment with shared teams, resources and competing priorities.
Ability to work effectively with engineers, technical leads and senior technical stakeholders.
Ability to communicate priorities, decisions and risks clearly to relevant stakeholders, while collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional and distributed teams.
Comfortable working in complex technical environments where requirements and priorities evolve.
Working understanding of CI/CD, source control, build systems and software integration workflows.
Experience with Jira or equivalent project and backlog management tools.
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Estimated pay range for this position: 10 700 – 19 000 PLN gross monthly.
Final offers are dependent on job-related factors like experience and qualifications.
Type of contract: Employment Contract ("Umowa o pracę").
