The Epic Communications team advances the company’s narrative and represents Epic products and the company vision to external and internal audiences globally. We create positive relationships and engagement strategies with a wide range of audiences, including media, investors, influencers, and policymakers.
Epic is looking for an experienced communications professional to join our corporate communications and international team. In this role you will create and execute communications plans around high stakes policy, legal and regulatory developments, that impact Epic and the video game industry at large.
New York City Base Pay Range
$140,738—$206,416 USD
California Base Pay Range
$132,294—$194,031 USD
Washington Base Pay Range
$132,294—$194,031 USD

- 7+ years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably a mix of in-house and agency and/or political organizations - Experience driving communications and advocacy strategies around complex public policy issues - Experience working on rapid response with internal stakeholders - Experience managing global agency partners - Ability to move fast, focus on delivering results, and a track record of working well across diverse internal and external partners - A succinct and creative writer - People-focused, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative mindset - A proactive problem solver, with strong instincts for when to escalate issues - A collaborative, supportive team player who celebrates others’ wins - Stellar written and verbal communication skills - Experience working on online safety in gaming, tech or online platforms (bonus)
