Employer Branding & Communications Specialist

Evolution is expanding in Brazil and we are searching for a Employer Branding & Communications Specialist with strong marketing background to support the development and establishment of Evolution's employer brand in Brazil.

About the Role

We are looking for an Employer Branding & Communications Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Brazil.

This role will be responsible for strengthening our employer brand and developing communication and marketing initiatives that directly support our recruitment goals. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Operations and regional stakeholders, this person will help us attract, engage and convert candidates in a high-volume recruitment environment.

The ideal candidate combines creativity with a strong execution mindset and is comfortable managing multiple campaigns, channels, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives aligned with Talent Acquisition priorities and hiring targets.
• Create campaigns to increase candidate awareness, engagement and application volume.
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Translate our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) into clear, attractive and locally relevant candidate communications.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships and channels to expand our candidate pipeline.

Recruitment Marketing

• Plan and execute paid and organic recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate recruitment advertising across social media, digital platforms and other sourcing channels.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on candidate inflow, conversion and hiring results.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, referral campaigns and other candidate attraction initiatives.

Content & Communications

• Create and coordinate content for social media, recruitment campaigns, career channels and internal communication initiatives.
• Develop communication materials such as social media posts, videos, presentations, flyers, banners and recruitment assets.
• Maintain a consistent employer brand voice and visual identity across candidate touchpoints.
