// Open Role at Goliath Games
Goliath is looking for a senior talent and recruitment manager who combines strong judgment with the ability to get things done.
You will work directly with our General Managers and leadership teams across the US, Europe and Asia. Your job is simple to describe, but important to get right: help us hire great people, identify talent and performance issues early, and make sure they are addressed.
A significant share of our recruitment is in the US. Substantial hands-on experience recruiting in the US market is therefore essential. You know how to find and attract strong candidates in the US, understand compensation and candidate expectations, and can run senior searches without automatically handing them to an agency.
This is not an HR operations role. Local HR teams remain responsible for day-to-day HR execution. Nor are we looking for someone to build layers of global talent programs and processes. The value of this role comes from being close to the business: knowing the people, understanding what each market needs, challenging leaders when necessary, and following through.
Requirements
You are an experienced recruiter and talent leader who is comfortable operating at senior level but still enjoys doing the work yourself.
US recruitment experience is essential. You have personally recruited in the US and understand US sourcing channels, compensation, candidate expectations and hiring practices.
You will probably bring 10+ years of recruitment and/or talent experience, including significant hands-on recruitment.

Benefits
Goliath is an international toy and games company headquartered in the Netherlands and active in more than 100 countries. Our portfolio includes brands such as Sequence, Triominos, Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty, Wahu and Clickeez.
We are family-owned, very international, entrepreneurial and growing. That means this role has unusual reach: one week you may be working with a US GM on a critical senior hire, the next discussing succession or performance with a European market, and the next visiting one of our teams in Asia.
We are not looking for someone who wants to manage talent from a distance. We are looking for someone who wants to understand the business, know the people and make a visible difference to the quality of our teams.
