Role Summary
The Manufacturing Quality & Reliability Engineer drives product quality, manufacturing readiness, reliability assurance, and continuous improvement across semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role partners with development, engineering, operations, and customers to ensure robust product quality, successful new product introductions (NPI), and data-driven manufacturing excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Knowledge of quality tools like FMEA, SPC, Cp/Cpk, Control Plans, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis is essential. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, SQL or Power BI, and experience with data analytics tools like Excel, JMP, or SQL, are also highly valued.
