Role Summary
The Manufacturing Quality & Reliability Engineer drives product quality, manufacturing readiness, reliability assurance, and continuous improvement across semiconductor manufacturing operations. The role partners with development, engineering, operations, and customers to ensure robust product quality, successful new product introductions (NPI), and data-driven manufacturing excellence.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product, or Process Engineering. Knowledge of quality tools like FMEA, SPC, Cp/Cpk, Control Plans, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, JMP, SQL, or other data analytics tools is an advantage. Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
