Safety Planning Team은 중대재해 및 산업안전보건법 대응을 포함한 전사 안전보건 체계의 수립과 실행을 총괄하는 핵심 부서입니다.
본 포지션은 회사로부터 안전·보건 관련 조직 운영, 인력배치, 예산 수립, 리스크 대응 및 보고 체계 구축 등 전반적인 의사결정 권한을 위임받아, 크래프톤이 직면할 수 있는 산업안전 및 중대재해 리스크를 체계적으로 예방·관리하고, 전사 차원의 안전 문화를 정착시키는 역할을 수행합니다.
Over 10 years of experience in company-wide safety and health planning, diagnosis, and policy establishment, or related consulting. Proven experience in establishing and operating management strategies and performance management systems in enterprise-wide safety and health. Experience managing/supporting safety and health operations in large organizations or enterprises, including headquarters and business sites. Ability to independently formulate and lead strategy and execution across an entire organization or multiple business sites. Experience leading projects for establishing or improving safety and health policies/systems.
