Job Description
Grover Gaming is looking for an experienced sales manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives and Relationship Managers in a core market. The Sales Manager will be a key stakeholder to the growth of the charitable gaming business through strong leadership and relationships with our veteran and fraternal partners. This is a team and customer-facing role and will require time in the field- especially conducting sales meetings, attending state conferences, and present for key customer meetings/presentations.

Oversee the total sales organization in a core market; identify and expand new opportunities; be an expert on Grover Gaming products; manage daily team activities and performance; maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and customers; actively recruit and onboard new sales talent; collaborate with other departments on product releases; conduct regular performance reviews and monitor KPIs; track sales team bonuses and commissions; stay abreast of legislative and compliance changes; participate in trade shows and conferences. Requires 5+ years sales management experience, proven ability to lead and mentor, conflict resolution skills, proficiency with CRM software, and experience meeting sales targets.
