SUMMARY:
Serves as a liaison by building collaborative partnerships between IT, business clients, project team members and vendors. Identifies opportunities for technological improvements and communicates feasible requirements through technical documentation. Translates business concepts and requirements into software solutions and roadmaps. Oversees end user testing to ensure successful implementation of client solutions.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Pay Range:
$108,450—$173,550 USD
Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in various software development technologies, patterns and practices. Wide-ranging experience in business analysis using professional concepts to meet company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Wide-ranging experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Ability to perform Structured System Analysis. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies (SDLC). Proficiency with automated and manual testing. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own technical job family and basic knowledge of related technical job families; has worked with a range of technologies. Requires in-depth knowledge in primary job family and basic knowledge of related technical job families. Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Post-graduate coursework preferred.
