We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Compliance team in Malta and take ownership of regulatory compliance activity across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Spain and Latin America. This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands the gambling industry, can operate confidently in a B2B environment and is ready to work independently while staying closely connected to a collaborative, international team.

COMPLIANCE TEAM
You will join an international Compliance team working across jurisdictions and business areas. The team combines individual ownership with close collaboration, giving you the opportunity to lead your own portfolio while sharing expertise and supporting colleagues across locations. With a strong focus on regulated markets, the role offers broad exposure to licensing, policy, audits, regulatory engagement and cross-functional work across Playtech Group.

- Manage and support compliance strategy and jurisdictional compliance activity. - Develop, monitor, and maintain compliance control frameworks, policies, and procedures. - Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into actions for the business. - Oversee licensing activity and ensure ongoing compliance with licence conditions and regulatory requirements. - Lead and coordinate internal and external compliance audits, managing remediation actions. - Prepare clear compliance reports for senior management or the Board. - Act as a key contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring accurate and timely filings, reports, and communications. - Partner daily with cross-functional teams and other Playtech Group units. - Represent the business in industry forums and regulatory meetings, building relationships with regulators and external stakeholders. - At least three years of compliance experience within the gambling industry. - Strong B2B gambling compliance experience (B2C considered with clear transition demonstration). - Understanding of multi-jurisdictional gambling regulation, licensing, and compliance frameworks, ideally with exposure to Spain and/or Latin American markets. - Bachelor’s degree in law, business, or a relevant field. - Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Ability to work with limited supervision, make sound decisions independently, and take ownership of deadlines. - Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail, with confidence to influence stakeholders. - Genuine team player, sharing information and supporting others.
