FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNERING TEAM
You will join a collaborative Finance Business Partnering team that sits at the centre of Finance, Product and Commercial decision-making. Each partner takes ownership of a product area, while the team works closely together across shared commercial portfolios and priorities. Act as a trusted financial partner to product, commercial and business stakeholders. Own the financial partnership for an assigned product area. Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting activities for your area, challenge assumptions and help build realistic, aligned projections and scenarios. Monitor P&L performance, CAPEX and key financial and operational metrics. Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year. Turn high-volume, complex datasets into concise management reports, visual presentations and clear strategic narratives. Handle ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis with sound judgement, ownership and appropriate guidance. Partner with FP&A, Billing and Data teams to improve data accuracy, streamline processes and build more efficient tools and ways of working. Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance business partnering or another analytical finance function. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or another relevant discipline. Have advanced Excel skills and can work independently with complex and large datasets. Can interpret financial performance, build scenarios and confidently challenge numbers or assumptions. Are comfortable working with ambiguity and using your own judgement. Combine strong analytical thinking with business acumen and the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. Communicate confidently in English and build effective working relationships.
