Playtech's Infrastructure unit is looking for a proactive Junior Network Operations Engineer with great problem solving skills. You'll join a global Network Operations team responsible for keeping our network infrastructure stable, secure, and reliable. You'll work with experienced engineers, modern technologies, and large-scale environments while developing your networking skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

Perform network configuration changes.
Work with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud networking technologies.
Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, DNS, and connectivity issues.
Assist with infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and deployments.
Create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams.
Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams across the company.

Components for success. You have...

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs).
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
The ability to work in a technical team environment.
Good English communication skills.

You'll get extra points for...

Knowledge of Linux.
Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Check Point, Palo Alto, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, VPNs, or firewalls.
Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash).
CCNA, JNCIA, or similar certification.
