// Open Role at Riot Games
Riot Games is seeking a strategic, player-obsessed Principal Growth Lead to develop and execute data-informed growth marketing strategies for new games, amplifying campaigns and maximizing player acquisition, engagement, and retention across various channels.
We're looking for a strategic, player-obsessed Growth Lead to help launch and grow one of our games. As a Principal Growth Lead, you'll partner closely with Brand Marketing, Publishing, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Performance Marketing, and external platform partners to ensure our biggest publishing moments reach our growth audiences in addition to our loyal fans.
You will be responsible for developing growth strategies that complement brand marketing by identifying high-value player segments, uncovering actionable insights, and translating those insights into targeted marketing programs across Riot's growth channels. Rather than leading the overall campaign strategy, you'll amplify it—ensuring the right audiences receive the right message through the right channels to maximize acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
Success in this role requires equal parts strategic thinking and operational excellence. You'll thrive in ambiguity, develop insights where they don't yet exist, understand the capabilities and limitations of modern marketing technology, and build executable plans that drive measurable business impact. You'll continuously evaluate campaign performance, identify new growth opportunities, and help evolve Riot's publishing capabilities through experimentation and learning.
If you're passionate about combining player understanding, data, marketing technology, and creative execution to solve complex growth challenges, we'd love to have you help shape the future of our newest franchise.
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players. We will be looking at your past studies, experience, and your personal relationship with games. If you embody player empathy and care about players' experiences, this could be your role!
Riot focuses on work/life balance, shown by our open paid time off policy and other perks such as flexible work schedules. We offer medical, dental, and life insurance, parental leave for you, your spouse/domestic partner, and children, and a 401k with company match. Check out our benefits pages for more information.
At Riot Games, we put players first. That mission drives every decision in our quest to create games and experiences that make it better to be a player. Whether you’re working directly on a new player-facing experience or you’re supporting the company as a whole, everyone at Riot is part of our mission. And just like in our games, we’re better when we work together. Our goal is to create collaborative teams where you are empowered to bring your unique perspective everyday. If that sounds like the kind of place you want to work, we’re looking forward to your application.
