Responsible for the development and maintenance of game server-side functional modules, ensuring service stability, efficiency, and security. Implement and optimize core server-side systems, including user data and combat logic. Continuously improve server-side performance, and resolve technical issues in online and test environments. Participate in server-side tool development to enhance development and operations efficiency. Collaborate efficiently with client-side, design, and other teams to drive feature implementation and experience delivery. Track mainstream server-side technology trends and apply excellent practices and new technologies to projects. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of server-side development experience; computer-related majors preferred. Familiar with mainstream server-side programming languages such as C++, Java, or Golang, with solid coding and debugging abilities. Familiar with the development and optimization of high-concurrency, distributed systems, and common middleware (e.g., message queues, caching, databases). Capable of independently developing, testing, and maintaining segmented modules or business functions. Possess strong analysis and problem-solving abilities, able to efficiently respond to and resolve online business issues. Skilled in cross-team communication and collaboration, managing development progress, and ensuring high-quality demand delivery. Have a continuous learning and self-improvement mindset, paying attention to new industry technology trends.
