Side is seeking a highly skilled Sr Test Engineer to join our dynamic quality assurance team. In this role, you will lead comprehensive testing efforts to ensure our gaming products meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with development teams to develop robust test strategies, execute test plans, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

- 3+ Years as QA, with 1+ Years experience as Senior - Hands-on testing experience on Mobile platforms (PC & Console experience is a bonus) - Extensive hands-on experience playing a wide variety of games, especially mobile games - AR game testing experience is preferred - Team management experience - Strong understanding of key features and functionality of Android and iOS platforms - Excellent communication skills with a high level of attention to detail - Highly organized, with strong time management skills and accountability - Willingness to work overtime on weekdays or weekends based on project requirements - Proactive, self-drive, and willing to continuously learn and adapt - Comfortable working in an Agile development environment while managing multiple priorities - Solid knowledge of QA methodologies and game development pipelines - Experience using defect and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar - Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills - Strong passion for games with a deep understanding of gaming mechanics and player experience - Must be flexible to work in shift timings: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM or 6:30 AM 3:30 PM
