// Open Role at Torpor Games
Join Torpor Games in Berlin as a UI/UX Designer to craft engaging interfaces for The Conformist, shaping how players experience its rich political world through intuitive and visually compelling designs.
Location: Berlin, Germany
Contract type: On-Payroll, Full-time (40h/week), fixed-term contract (with a strong possibility of extension or conversion to permanent employment based on performance and project requirements)
Expected Start Date: ASAP
The UI/UX Designer will design and build the interfaces players use to read, decide, and navigate The Conformist's political world. UI carries most of the player experience — dialogue, documents, maps, decision screens, and the systems behind them — so the role covers both how the interface looks and how it feels to use. Given the size of the team, the role also carries pipeline ownership, helping shape how UI is designed, implemented, and maintained across the project.
