As our Lead DevOps Engineer, you will design and build the infrastructure powering our platform serving hundreds of thousands of users. In this role, you’ll set the technical vision, lead strategic decisions, and implement world-class DevOps practices that ensure scalability, reliability, and security at every level. From architecting resilient, performant multi-tenant cloud systems to designing cutting-edge CI/CD pipelines, you’ll have the freedom and authority to make bold calls that directly shape how our platform scales globally.

This is a fully Remote position.
Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments.Expert-level knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, Control Tower, etc.).Proven experience designing and operating multi-tenant cloud architectures.Strong skills with Kubernetes/EKS container orchestration and management.Demonstrated ability with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent).In-depth understanding of network security, IDS/IPS systems, and IAM best practices.Experience owning SOC 2 compliance or similar security frameworks, including audits.Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills with experience managing remote/global teams.Proven track record of taking initiative and thriving in fast-paced environments.Passionate about your craft and committed to delivering exceptional results.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred.
